Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their area. Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year. Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their area. Two (2) different sales programs offered for General Managers twice a year, totaling four-and-a-half training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management. Technical Training The technical training for technicians includes: HVAC tune-up procedural training in spring and fall Carbon monoxide and heat exchanger inspection annually Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ twice a year Continual NATE certification and specialty programs on demand Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in additional instruction through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better train our technical personnel. Miscellaneous Training Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to provide support, resources, and framework for running a business from the P&L standpoint. Customer Service Specialist Three (3) times annually, conduct outbound calling over a one (1) day program. In this course we go over HVAC basics, why people buy, calling techniques, scripts, customer buying signs, and controlling customer grievances. Dispatcher No formal classes offered.
