I also cancelled my f/u which someone called to confirm yet sunbeam still called after to say a tech was going to get the part and come to my house...poor internal communication and I question the competency of the techs given I was able to do the repair myself and keep my house warm on a Sat vs waiting for sunbeam until Monday. With that said, personnel on phone and tech in person was very nice, just didnt get the job done and misleading about being able to get part so knowledge of supply chain limited."

I appreciate that the salesperson I talked to seemed quite honest, which prevented my score going lower. I also have a Sunbeam premium account, which in retrospect has not been worth its cost."

When I called to find out what was going on they lied and said they called and left a message (I have no missed call or message). Then they wanted to make me wait another week to reschedule, but I'm 9 months pregnant and needed someone ASAP to look at my AC. They made the appointment for the next day between 10-12. I patiently wait until 12 and of course, no one shows. I even called at 9am to verify my appointment didn't get cancelled without me knowing. Then I spent the rest of the day calling probably 4 times to find out when the hell someone would be coming to my house only to be told they "couldn't locate my tech, but they were probably on the way". The last time they said that was 5pm. Someone didn't show up until 10:30pm. Mind you, it was the hottest night of the year so far (and again, I'm 9 months pregnant.) The tech was the only redeeming part of this entire experience and she was pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and she said she would take the info back to the office so they could call us to give us some quotes on replacing the compressor or getting a new unit. Literally, you had a sale in your pocket, but it took SIX DAYS for someone to call me with numbers. At that point I already got another company to come out within 24 hours of me calling to give me a quote and set up a date to install a new unit. I will never recommend this company to anyone."
