"Well, normally the tech will take the shields off the condensing unit spray and wash the buildup from the fins, this young lady only gave the outside of the unit a once over, I should not have to question their work, she was already a hour and half late and maybe she wanted to make up time, I dont know but I do know I pay sunbeam a lot of money for these maintenance contracts and expect a thorough job"

"Where do I start. First, I had an appointment for a Tuesday and they no call no showed. When I called to find out what was going on they lied and said they called and left a message (I have no missed call or message). Then they wanted to make me wait another week to reschedule, but I'm 9 months pregnant and needed someone ASAP to look at my AC. They made the appointment for the next day between 10-12. I patiently wait until 12 and of course, no one shows. I even called at 9am to verify my appointment didn't get cancelled without me knowing. Then I spent the rest of the day calling probably 4 times to find out when the hell someone would be coming to my house only to be told they "couldn't locate my tech, but they were probably on the way". The last time they said that was 5pm. Someone didn't show up until 10:30pm. Mind you, it was the hottest night of the year so far (and again, I'm 9 months pregnant.) The tech was the only redeeming part of this entire experience and she was pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and she said she would take the info back to the office so they could call us to give us some quotes on replacing the compressor or getting a new unit. Literally, you had a sale in your pocket, but it took SIX DAYS for someone to call me with numbers. At that point I already got another company to come out within 24 hours of me calling to give me a quote and set up a date to install a new unit. I will never recommend this company to anyone."

"I had two calls within a week. Jim, the first tech, made recommendations and Roger, who camer to implement those recommendations, were both pleasant and professional. The suggestions they both made were sensible and not pushy. They gave me facts and information needed for future consideration. I decided on an interim plan and took your maintenance plan for the near future, with an eye to replacing my AC at some future time."

"This is in no way a reflection of Logan who was GREAT! The $66 Fault charge (which I still dont really understand) that I was given for the service call was essentially another term for ,in my estimation, the "Trip Fee" which was waived because I bought the PLUS Agreement (which I still have not received Terms and conditions for ) in November. I'm assuming that because the tech put their hands on my furnace door that there was a charge of $66. This was unexpected. Not to mention over $200 to install a thermostat that I purchased on my own (I declined this service) seemed a bit ridiculous. I want to reiterate that this is NOT a reflection of the tech, Logan, but the policies and pricing scale."

"Roger represents Sunbeam very well. He certainly knows what he's doing. He took the time to contact the original generator installer regarding honoring the service agreement that I had with them. Roger also noted that the generator battery had some corrosion. He did not try to sell me a new battery, but cleaned the posts. We discussed a service maintenance contract for the furnace/ac. He explained the benefits and the cost...much appreciated info to consider."

"I felt that I was mislead about the charges before and when the tech got to my house. 99.99 plus tax is what I was told. so there is an additional 78.00 totaling $192.49 so he would just look at the furnace. no work was performed. told me the part w/labor would be $638.00 extra ( $886.31 before the money I paid) a new wall furnace would be $4250.00 MAD CRAZY! I should of told him to leave without doing anything. I am a widow on S.S. having to make decisions on my own and I made a bad one and am out $192.49 with no work done or solutions. would ask more questions now that I know what they do."

She explained the safety measures she would employ during her visit (mask, social distancing, wipe-down disinfecting, etc.). She answered my questions with patience and the right amount of detail. She was respectful of my property and me, as have all Sunbeam techs who have visited my home . When her work was completed she reviewed with me what she did as part of this annual tune-up visit and that she was ordering a replacement UV light bulband that, as I already knew, the replacement MERV 16 air filter was on order but had a COVID19 related delayed delivery. She told me the office will call me to arrange a date/time installation once delivery is confirmed. Logan provided me Five Star Service."
